Spring saw the launch of the UK’s largest online retailer of Invacare Homecare products on the brand new website hewerdinehomecare.co.uk  - the website has been such a success that more product lines are added frequently. Hewerdine Homecare provides a complete homecare retail arm for the Company.

Summer saw Hewerdine scoop the brand new award from Motability, “Powered Wheelchair and Scooter Supplier of the Year”, true testament to the superior Motability service Hewerdine offers. If that wasn’t enough, this Autumn Hewerdine have exclusively launched the Whizz-Kidz range of Children’s Rehab Buggies, manufactured by Hoggi. The Bingo Evolution is one of the lightest and most compact rehab buggies available. The innovative folding mechanism is released from the push-bar making it fantastically easy to store and transport. The ZIP is a crash-tested rehab buggy, which can be folded with the upholstery intact, into a handy carry bag. The chair is so flexible, as it has a maximum user weight of 60kg and so can accommodate children aged 3 – 16 years.

The FLUX frame is used behind the child, so that there are no structural parts in front whilst the child is walking.
